How to Print Your Own Class Decor CHEAP!!

So, I have decided to combine my website to be my day job AND my night job (aka my crafting)! So, I plan to post both from my first grade classroom, and my crafty crops and crafting fun!

Ok, so now on to my day job…teaching Firsties (first graders). What makes me the most excited to show you my room is the fact that I was able to print ALL of it from HOME!! Last summer, I accidentally broke my printer, and had to purchase a new one. I heard about the HP Instant Ink program, but was skeptical. Before, I had used refilled cartridges, and rarely printed in color at home. Now, here I am, signed up for the 300 pages a month plan, and the ink arrives at my house as I need it! It’s a great program! Two benefits that I like the most are #1) If I don’t use all of my 300 pages, the rest will rollover to the next month (up to 300 pages total, for my plan), and #2) The ink comes right to my door. I won’t say that you will NEVER run out of ink…there is ONE exception! When you first get your ink set up, you have a weekend, and you just print 300+ pages…then YES, you will run your ink cartridge out! LOL!

I copied Treasure Maps this year, and the kids got to go on a Treasure Hunt at Open House! My daughter helped me take pics of the kids at the Photo Booth spot. I really thought the Open House went well with that added touch.

If you are interested in giving HP Instant Ink a try, click here to check it out HPInstantInk. If you sign up by September 10, you can get 6 free months of Instant Ink by typing in the promo code: 6freeink. If that doesn’t work, you can use school3 for 3 free months!! Yay, I LOVE free!! If you have any questions about HP Instant Ink, please comment below.

So, here is my new classroom!
